Our mission is empowering AANHPI community wellbeing through education, advocacy, research & services

Suicide is the leading cause of death in young Asian Americans.

Low rates of mental health treatment and high rates of depression and anxiety result in huge challenges addressing mental health issues in the Asian American community.

We’re on a mission to advance Asian American mental health support through culturally grounded education, community outreach, and advocacy. We're starting in Westchester County, New York, with plans to expand beyond the local community.

WHAT WE DO

  • SPEAK UP

    EDUCATION & AWARENESS

We bring mental health into traditionally non-mental health spaces through trainings, community events, and speaking engagements.

  • SPEAK OUT

    RESEARCH & ADVOCACY

We make sure Asian Americans are well represented when it comes to mental health research and policy.

  • SPEAK NOW
