Our mission is empowering AAPI community wellbeing through education, advocacy, research, & services

Suicide is the leading cause of death in young Asian Americans.

Low rates of mental health treatment and high rates of depression and anxiety made worse by the COVID19 pandemic result in huge challenges addressing mental health issues in the Asian American community.

We're starting in Westchester County, New York, where the Asian American population is growing rapidly. According to the 2020 Census data, there has been a 32% growth in the last 10 years, compared with <6% in the entire county. Our goal is to provide this community the resources to address mental health challenges.

Join us at our Inaugural Winter Wellness Event!

Given the stigma around mental illness for Asian Americans, our Winter Wellness event will not only offer education on mental health, but will also integrate Eastern and Western health and mental health initiatives, including Western medicine and traditional Eastern medicine such as acupuncture, tai chi, and yoga.

Help Us Make this Event a Success!

For sponsorships of $200 and above, your organization will become a co-sponsor, and your logo will be featured on all promotional materials for the event.

As a vendor, you would share information about your organization to the Asian American community. A booth for nonprofit organizations starts at $50, with for-profit organizations starting at $100. Asian American youth-led organizations are free.
